Nobody is perfect

Every family is different and unique. That's what makes it YOUR family. All to often I compare myself with other people and their families and all it does is make me CrAZy! I want to take a minute to say that NO my 3yr old is not asleep yet and its 12:34am. Our family has had to become a bit of night owls to adjust to work and being able to see each other and spend time together as a family. I LOVE waking up in the late morning and turning over to see my daughter and man laying there next to me. What a delight!!! How wonderful each new day begins!! So were not up with the sun and we adore the moon and stars a bit more. Does that make our family unfit or wrong? Of course NOT! Every family flows together how it works best for them. To try and get up early every single morning just makes for a harder time at night. I would much rather sleep in and then be more awake when my whole family can spend time together. Making and eating dinner together (at the table) at 11pm is still just as good as eating round the dinner table at 6pm. As long as were doing the things together who cares when or how we do them. What matters most is our time spent together and having fun.

Back 2 School bash!!

2013-2014 

The new school year is just around the corner and I am so excited!! My son with be in first grade and my daughter will hopefully be in preschool!! She stays home with me currently. I am very blessed to be able to stay home with her. I work part-time at the church in the daycare. I pray to get the position in the preschool. So I can gain further experience and so Bella can go to school! I will also be starting at Valencia community college this August to attain my AA and so on and so forth. I am so excited to get back into school. I will be finishing up at Orlando Tech this July. I pray that I pass my exam which will mean I am officially certified to work in daycare facility's all over through DCF. I am also studying for my GED math test this Thursday. I am very anxious and nervous but determined to pass. I have taken the math portion 2 times already and I refuse to fail again. Also the state is revising the GED so I NEED to pass this or else I will have to retake every single subject AGAIN! A more positive note back to school means back to school supplies and great sales! I'm so giddy and can't wait to get a great bargain.

Oh I am excited!!

Back to school means back to school supplies!! I am so very excited for all the amazing deals! I cannot wait to be in class myself. I am so blessed ! I pray and hope to also be in a full-time childcare position by summer's end. Lord thank you for blessing me so. May everyone have a wonderful day.
